We have found that a lot of these families are not ready to buy a house immediately for a number of reasons (e.g. waiting for a house to sell where they are moving from, the employee has not been with the company long enough to qualify for a mortgage). These employees or executives come to us for their housing needs. We contract with theses famililies until they are able to get a mortgage and either purchase our house, or one in the local area. It's unique way to buy and sell; and it is win/win for all of those involved!
